Pearls of Great Value

For He has rescued us and has drawn us to Himself from the dominion of darkness, and has transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son,” Colossians‬ ‭1:13‬ ‭AMP‬‬

 

I have never felt more drawn to You Lord than now. In the midst of this pain and loss, I feel and know Your arms lifting me up and carrying me through the storm. You have drawn me close to You. You have rescued me from the domain of darkness and set my feet into the realm of light. There is so much light! All around me. I’m covered by light, covered by the hope of heaven. It brings tears to my eyes, how much You love on me. Oh, how great is the hope You infuse within me! 

 

I’m enclosed in the blessed assurance of Jesus. His hand on my back strengthening and supporting. His whisper, “I am here, I am with you, I am.” His love remains. His peace much deeper than the pain. And this I know: I am His and He is mine. 

 

Of this also I am certain: He is creating beauty. Out of this dark time, out of these ashes..hope will arise. Whatever is born in the midst of pain and suffering WILL shine brightest. Whatever is born in the midst of this night season will bring fruit that will shine the brightest for His glory. He shall redeem and work together all things for the good. I believe.
